Show Rules for Annual Crafty Ladies of The Creative Crafts Guild Show
Following are the Guild show rules & regulations. Please fill out the show application form & return payment. If you have questions, or want to request an application email schutte_c@yahoo.com and put SHOW INFO in subject line
Show Information
Date: Friday, Nov. 17 and Saturday, Nov. 18 , 2023 * 9am to 3 pm. This is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be issued.
Set-Up: 3pm-7pm on Thursday, Nov. 16. Times will be emailed to you closer to show. . If you arrive early you will be asked to wait, until we have permission
to set-up. Doors will be locked at 7pm Thurs. evening. You may also set up Early Friday morning.
Outside vendors are welcome to set-up tents on Thurs., but there is NO SECURITY available. Friday morning set-up 7am-8:30am. All vehicles must be parked and out of the show area by 8:30am on Friday. If you arrive
after this time, you may be asked to hand cart items to your booth area.
Booth Pricing: $70 for 10x10 outside tent space
$75 for 8' table inside space - tables are available for no fee, first come basis
Show Rules
1. Vehicles should be unloaded and moved to the designated area as quickly as possible on set up day.NO vendors are allowed to park near entrance or first 4 rows. Back lot parking provided for vendors.
2. Vendors must supply table covers that drape to the floor to conceal all under totes etc. Electricity is available on a limited basis for inside vendors only and must be requested on application.
3.It is the responsibility of ALL Vendors to leave their booth space clean and trash free after the show.
4. Participants work must be original, handcrafted and created by the artist exhibiting. Buy/Sell, kits and imported items are not allowed. New vendors, must exhibit the same type of items as they supplied with their application. Resellers, such as Origami Owl, Avon, Pampered Chef will NOT be permitted. ALL New
vendors must submit 3 photos of work via e-mail (ceecgirl@tampabay.rr.com) for approval before sending show application.
5. There will be food & drink available for purchase. You may bring your own, if it is done discreetly.
6. Out of respect for other vendors there will be no packing up before the 3 p.m. closing time.
7. No alcoholic beverages, open flames, or incense burning allowed. NO SMOKING is permitted inside Church or on Church grounds.
8. Outside tent spaces will be marked, and we will have people directing you to your location. Tents must be able to withstand outside conditions. No stakes...weights only.
9.You are responsible for supervising your children if they accompany you to the show.
10. Outside vendors: This is Florida, be prepared! Make sure your tent has proper weights, bring bug spray, ant spray & sunscreen. We are NOT responsible for providing these items.
